    On January 9th, The Stratford EMS Honor Guard graduated their first academy of new honor guards.  State Representative Ben McGorty was among the local and state officials in attendance to recognize their significant achievement.

    Reps. JP Sredzinski, Laura Hoydick and Ben McGorty join Mayor Harkins and the new Stratford EMS Honor Guard graduates at their ceremony January 9th.

    Graduates included Lauren Botsford, Scott Burton, Kevin Callahan, Tom Hallas, Chris Mancini, and Jeff Shaw.

    The Honor Guard perform their duties as volunteers, on top of the volunteer work they do as EMS personnel.
