    The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that an illumination repair project will be performed on Interstate 95 Northbound and Southbound in Stratford and Milford, beginning Saturday, March 16, 2019.

    The project consists of street lighting repair on Interstate 95 Northbound and Southbound in Stratford and Milford. This project is scheduled to occur Saturday, March 16, 2019 and Sunday, March 17, 2019.

    This work is being performed by state forces.

    LANE CLOSURE INFO
    Motorists can expect lane closures to occur on Interstate 95 Northbound and Southbound in Stratford and Milford between Exit 30 (Lordship Boulevard) and Exit 34 (US 1, Bridgeport Avenue). A moveable sign pattern will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

    Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
