State Representative Hayes Receives 100% Voting Record From CBIA

“I will always stand strong with Connecticut businesses, and I am happy to once again receive a perfect voting record once again from the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA). With the struggles our small businesses are facing, I am committed to doing my part to support all pro-business legislation,” said State Representative Rick Hayes.

CBIA is the state’s largest business organization recognized my perfect voting score on key bills impacting Connecticut’s economic growth and business climate during the 2022 legislative session.

At the end of each legislative session, CBIA ranks all state lawmakers based on their support for the business community’s positions on 10 important policies. The bills affect job creation, small business growth and economic stability in Connecticut. The scorecard was calculated with selected pieces of legislation and may reflect votes from committee, the House or a combination of the two.
