How do you feel about “temporary” tolls?

Governor Lamont intends to issue a new transportation plan. It’s been reported the proposal will include 14 “temporary” tolls, which the Governor’s administration is describing as a “user fee” that eventually would be phased out when transportation project loans are paid off.
