On July 1st, there will be sixteen recently passed bills that will become law in our state. These new legislation effective dates usually come into effect on January 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
During our legislative sessions there are a large amount of bills are typically passed, and the 2023 session was no different. I will be sure to update you again prior to October. Please reach out with any questions.
