Assurance of Voluntary Compliance Agreement Between the State of Connecticut and Becker Construction Company

Attached are the renewed  Assurance of Voluntary Compliance agreement between the State of Connecticut and Becker Construction Company.  The agreement will be in effect for two years.

Rep. Delnicki said, “This does not change the fact that we need quarry standards for the State of Connecticut. Public Act 19-192 has established the frame work for a working group to develop a model quality control plan for quarries. By law, not later than February 1, 2020, the working group shall submit a report on its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly. We need quarry standards as soon as possible.”
