Rep. Cooley: DOT to Start Two Projects in Farmington

Milling Project: Route 4 Farmington on Bridge No. 00429

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that milling will be performed on Route 4 in Farmington on Bridge No. 00429 which is at the intersection of Route 4 and River Road. The project consists of milling a 1,750 square yard segment of Bridge No. 00429 on Route 4 in Farmington. The milling of this project is scheduled to begin and end on Thursday April 25, 2024.

LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect delays and one lane alternating Traffic. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday.


Milling and Resurfacing Project: Route 4 in Farmington

CTDOT is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 4 in Farmington starting Sunday, April 21, 2024.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 4 in Farmington starting Sunday, April 21, 2024. The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 1.92 segment of Route 4 in Farmington from 0.10 miles east of Mountain Spring Road to 0.06 west of South Road. The milling of this project is scheduled to begin on Sunday, April 21 and be completed on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. The resurfacing of this project is scheduled to start on Sunday, May 12 and be completed on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
