March 18: Suicide Prevention Training

On March 18th from 6:00pm-7:30pm, I will be co-hosting an informational webinar regarding suicide prevention training via Zoom with House Republican Leader Vincent Candelora, Steven Hernandez, Executive Director of the Commission on Women, Children and Seniors, and QPR Master Trainer Thomas Steen.

We will be discussing the potentially lifesaving “QPR Gatekeeper” training, which per our instructor will provide valuable intervention techniques for “someone in a position to recognize a crisis and the warning signs that someone may be contemplating suicide.”
