Continuing efforts to visit with local business owners throughout the 55th District, I recently met with Tim Slater, Owner of X-Pro Motorcycle Performance Tech Inc and X-Pro Performance Tech Inc.
Located at 5 Bunker Hill Road in Andover, Tim’s machine and motor sports business specializes in performance modifications, maintenance, and other motorcycle enhancement services. With state-of-the-art equipment and a CNC machine shop, X-Pro is able to create and manufacture custom parts using 3-D software.
One of their toughest challenges is keeping and retaining their staff. Upon receiving training provided by Tim and his company, many of their employees ultimately move on to larger companies.
