If you are or know of any Veterans who could use assistance with their home repairs, House of Heroes might be able help. This non-profit group assists Veteran’s free of charge with tasks such as ramps & stairs, handrails, handicap access, electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, deck repair, and painting.
The basic requirements for the Veteran receiving the assistance is:
➡ Be a Military or Public Safety Veteran or their spouse (DD 214 Discharge paperwork required)
➡ Need financial and / or physical assistance with home repair
➡ Own and occupy the home in need of repair
