    State Rep. Devin Carney was on hand to officially open the 2015 Connecticut Marine Trades Association Boat Show at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford Friday before making his way into the event and looking at hundreds of boats of all shapes and sizes.  As a shoreline representative of the Middlesex County part of the state, Rep. Carney saw many friends and familiar faces.
