    Carney protects library funding

    Rep. Carney, joined several lawmakers and advocates during a rally on April 15 at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford. Supporters of the State Library system gathered in opposition of Governor Dannel P. Malloy’s cuts of over $3.6 million to the State Library system each fiscal year.
