    left to right: Rep. Devin Carney, Sen. Paul Formica and Sen. Art Linares on Feb. 4 joined with state transportation officials and Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the opening of the new 200-space parking lot at the Old Saybrook train station. The lot at 455 Boston Post Road will bring the total number of parking spaces to 324.
