Lyme and Old Lyme Students Meet With Carney, Formica at Capitol

On February 29, 2016, Lyme and Old Lyme students representing the Lymes’ Youth Service Bureau’s REACH (responsible educated adolescents can help) group met with Rep. Devin Carney and Sen. Paul Formica at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford to discuss key issues that will be debated during the 2016 session of the Connecticut General Assembly, but specifically the detrimental effects of Marijuana on Connecticut’s youth.
