Proposal would benefit The Old Colony Beach Club Association in Old Lyme

The proposal would amend and update the charter provisions of the Old Colony Beach Club Association’s Charter, which has not been amended since 1947.
The proposal awaits further action in the legislature’s Planning and Development Committee.
