DERBY-The Derby State Legislative Delegation will be hosting a Coffee Hour at the Valley Diner Restaurant on Friday, November 17th, from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. 

The lawmakers will be discussing the recently passed bipartisan state budget and issues impacting the state.
