State Representatives David Labriola (R-131) and Rosa C. Rebimbas (R-70) stood outside the Naugatuck WalMart recently and rang the Salvation Army bell collecting money for the famous charity.  

Last year, during a similar hour of bell-ringing, Reps. Labriola and Rebimbas collected $207.15 which Wal-Mart matched with a dollar-for-dollar

Rep. Labriola Named Minority Whip

State Representative David Labriola (Oxford-131st district) was named Minority Whip of the House Republican caucus by House Republican leader Lawrence Cafero.

A Whip is traditionally responsible for helping to shape public policy, influencing fellow Republican lawmakers, and making sure Republican House members are in attendance to vote for caucus positions.
