Carpino Recognized by Special Olympics Connecticut

HAMDEN – Special Olympics Connecticut Global Messengers presented State Representative Christie Carpino (Cromwell/Portland) with a ceremonial soccer ball. The ball was awarded to Rep. Carpino as a token of appreciation for her years of dedicated service and advocacy promoting the goals of Special Olympics. Rep. Carpino has served as a unified partner, coach and volunteer to help foster environments to provide opportunities for individuals of all abilities to engage in sports as teammates.
