Zullo Fights for Transparency and Accountability in the FOI Act – HB 5447

State Representative Joe Zullo (R-East Haven) strongly opposes legislation that limits the scope of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by exempting employees in the Office of the Attorney General from disclosing certain information in a FOIA request.

As Zullo states, this was his third time opposing legislation that prevents the public from watching over a government agency that is responsible for watching over our interests as a state. For more information about this, or any state issue, please contact Rep. Zullo at Joe.Zullo@housegop.ct.gov or at 860-240-8700. Don’t forget to follow Joe on Facebook and Instagram, as well as to subscribe to his brief email updates at RepZullo.com.
