(HARTFORD) — According to statistics provided by the House Clerk’s Office, State Representative Joseph Zullo (R-East Haven) achieved a perfect, one-hundred-percent, voting record.

During the 2022 Legislative Session, Rep. Zullo cast votes on all 265 separate pieces of legislation that came up for consideration on the floor of the House of Representatives. Only about 40 percent of legislators achieved a perfect voting record this session.

“As a representative of East Haven, it’s my duty and responsibility to take voting during the legislative session seriously,” said Rep. Zullo. “The proud, hardworking, and supportive communities of East Haven has put their faith in me, and they deserve a transparent voice on every piece of legislation presented to the legislature.”

Throughout the 2022 session, Zullo served as a ranking member on the Planning and Development Committee, as well as a member of the Finance, Revenue, and Bonding Committee and Housing Committee, leading the fight on significant social and economic issues relative to his district.

The 2023 Legislative Session will convene in January.
