Windsor Legislators Participate in Wreaths Across America

Windsor – Representatives Tami Zawistowski (R-61) and Scott Storms (R-60) took part in the Wreaths Across America ceremony at the Windsor Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Both Representatives made remarks on the theme of the event, ‘Remember, Honor, Teach’ and thanked veterans for their service and the volunteers for their efforts to keep their memory alive. Wreaths Across America was started in 1992 as a way to honor deceased service men and women by placing wreaths at their grave sites, it grew to a nationwide effort in 2005.
