State Rep. Tami Zawistowski joined Suffield First Selectman Colin Moll, Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) Superintendent Jamie Kreller, Chief Operator Alex Kaminski, and WPCA employees, and a small group of local residents to greet U. S. Congressman Joe Courtney who was at the East Street South facility to personally deliver the news that Suffield will be receiving federal funding for the Stony Brook Interceptor.
Congressman Courtney recently voted for the Consolidated Appropriations Act, which included $959,752 for the Town of Suffield’s Stony Brook Interceptor Rehabilitation Project.
