    Dear Friends and Neighbors,

    On Thursday, the Energy & Technology Committee will hold a public informational forum to address recent issues with our electric utility providers. Please read the bulletin announcement below for more information and instructions on how to submit public testimony.

    Energy & Technology Committee Informational Forum on Isaias Response & Utility Rate Increases

    The Energy and Technology Committee will hold a virtual Informational Forum on Tropical Storm Isaias Response and Electric Utility Rate Increases with invited speakers on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 10:30 A.M. via ZOOM.

    To access the livestream of the virtual Informational Forum, please visit CT-N.com. Written testimony is encouraged to be submitted to the Committee staff. Please email written testimony in Word or PDF format to ETtestimony@cga.ct.gov or it can be mailed to the Energy and Technology Committee Legislative Office Building, Room 3900, Hartford, CT 06106 in the event email submission is unavailable.

    The Committee requests that testimony be limited to matters related to Tropical Storm Isaias Utility Response and the July 2020 Electric Utility Rate Increases. All submitted testimony is public information. As such, it will be made available on the CGA website and indexed by internet search engines.
