Suffield – State Representative Tami Zawistowski (R-61) presented a congratulatory citation to Team USA Olympic athlete and Suffield resident Emily Sweeney who recently returned from the Winter Olympics in South Korea. The citation was presented to Emily, “In recognition of your representation of our country as part of the United States Winter Olympics Team in Peyongchang, South Korea. You have earned an extraordinary record in luge events throughout the country and the world. Your dedication to your sport and your accomplishments are a great source of pride for your hometown of Suffield and the State of Connecticut.”
