For over four hours, the house debated, HB-6107, AN ACT CONCERNING THE REORGANIZATION OF THE ZONING ENABLING ACT AND THE PROMOTION OF MUNICIPAL COMPLIANCE.
“This proposal takes much of the local zoning control away from our towns and instead implements a one size fits all approach,” Rep. Veach said.
