It is truly an honor to Co-chair the legislature’s Internship Committee and get to work closely with so many bright and driven students who truly want to make a difference. These young men and women, both Republican and Democrat, work tirelessly to gain as much experience from this opportunity as they possibly can.
I hope that this experience only continues to encourage each and every one of them to stay active and engaged in their government and that they have a better understanding of those who may have a varying point of view than themselves. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
