TRUMBULL- State Reps. David Rutigliano (R-123), Laura Devlin (R-134) and Ben McGorty (R-122) joined a member of the Salvation Army Bell Ringing Brigade on Wednesday, December 19^th to help raise money outside the Trumbull Stop & Shop for the annual Red Kettle Campaign.
