The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a pavement preservation project will be performed on Route 25 Northbound and Southbound in Trumbull.
This project consists of concrete pavement roadway repairs on a 5.00-mile segment of Route 25 Northbound and Southbound in Trumbull. This work is scheduled to occur Monday, April 19, 2021 until Friday, July 30,2021.
No work will be performed the day before or after the Memorial Day and Independence Day Holidays.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2021 pavement preservation program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect various lane closures on Route 25 Northbound and Southbound between Exit 6 (Old Town Rd.) and RTE 111 (Monroe Tpk.) in Trumbull. Traffic control devices and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
