    HARTFORD- On Wednesday, State Rep. David Rutigliano and Laura Devlin welcomed a Girl Scouts to the State Capitol in honor of the General Assembly’s annual Girl Scout Day celebration.

    The Trumbull representatives met with Trumbull Girl Scout Lahari Kota and other girl scouts from across the state who visited Hartford to learn about state government and discuss key issues impacting girls statewide.
