Hartford – State Representatives Dave Rutigliano (R-Trumbull) and Larry Miller (R-Stratford) met with the a group from Leadership Greater Bridgeport on Thursday during the civic group’s visit to and tour of the State Capitol complex. The representatives gave the group a brief introduction to how the legislative process works, and discussed their respective paths to politics before the group departed on a guided tour of the complex.
