TRUMBULL – Representative Dave Rutigliano attended Judge T.R. Rowe’s swearing in ceremony for the Probate Court serving Trumbull, Easton, and Monroe.
“Judge Rowe is a public servant of the highest quality and I could not think of a better person to serve the court,” said Rep. Rutigliano. “Judge Rowe has been a great mentor and I thank him for his years of service in Hartford and look forward to serving the residents of Trumbull alongside him for years to come.”
