    Hartford—According to records released by the clerk of the House of Representatives, Trumbull State Rep. David Rutigliano (R-123) achieved a 100 percent voting record in the General Assembly in 2023.

    According to the House Clerks Office summary, Rep. Rutigliano was in attendance and voted on all 368 bills that came before the House of Representatives during the 2023 legislative session.

    “Serving Trumbull constituents is a responsibility I take seriously,” said Rep. Rutigliano, who is a Deputy Republican Leader one of the key members tasked with assisting in floor operations of the House of Representatives. “My attendance record shows I have been in Hartford representing their concerns and interests as promised.”

    Representative Rutigliano serves as Ranking Member (House Republican Leader) of the Legislature’s General Law Committee. He also serves as a member of the Appropriations Committee, Executive and Legislative Nominations Committee. He represents Trumbull in the 123rd House District.
