State Representative Karen Reddington-Hughes (R-66) today joined her colleagues and took the oath of office to serve as the voice of the 66th District and the people of Bethlehem, Litchfield, Morris, Warren and Woodbury in the General Assembly.

“I am honored and excited to represent the people of the 66th and want to thank my new colleagues for welcoming me into the caucus, and former Rep. Wilson for and making sure I was up-to-date on the pressing state issues in the district,” Representative Reddington-Hughes said.  “It’s an honor to serve the community and I look forward to meeting with and working on behalf of the district with lower taxes and sound decisions.”

For the 2023-2024 legislative session, House Republican Leader Vincent Candelora appointed Representative Reddington-Hughes to serve on the legislature’s Education Committee, Environment Committee and Public Health Committee.  More information about each committee, including upcoming meetings, hearings and a membership list can be found under the “Committees” tab at www.cga.gov.
