    Crack Seal Scheduled for Route 118 in Litchfield

    The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that joint crack sealing will be performed on Route 118 in Litchfield (Route 63 to Thomaston Road) starting on Monday, Sept. 29, 2025 and be completed on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025.

    LANE CLOSURE/DETOUR INFO
    Traffic control signing patterns and signs will guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

    CTDOT indicates motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are also advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
