Bipartisan Women’s Caucus Announces Instacart Has Pledged Up To $1 Million To Support Women-Owned Businesses

The legislature’s Bipartisan Women’s Caucus announced Friday that in recognition of Women’s History month online delivery service Instacart has pledged to support women-owned businesses with up to $1 million in advertising credit on their platform.

Instacart announced that beginning in April, “eligible brands will receive free Instacart Ads credits to use with the company’s flagship sponsored product offering throughout 2022.” In order to be eligible, a women-owned brand must have her products available

The notable rise in crime, especially juvenile crime, across Connecticut is a growing concern in all 169 cities and towns. Locked cars are being ransacked and stolen from driveways and even from inside garages like one poor woman in Glastonbury who had her car stolen twice! Recently, some thieves have gotten so brazen that they’ve moved past property crimes and have begun carjacking innocent men and women at the gas pump.
