    HARWINTON   — (Left to right) Sen. Henri Martin, Harwinton First Selectman Michael Criss, and Rep. John Piscopo attended the June 28 ribbon-cutting ceremony at A&J’s Ice Cream.  The elected officials were able to sample some of the new business’s delicious products.   A&J’s Ice Cream is located at 157 Litchfield Rd, Harwinton.
