State Representative John Piscopo and Burlington First Selectman Ted Shafer Honor Spencer Hendel during Court of Honor Ceremony

BURLINGTON—On Saturday, November 23, State Rep. John Piscopo (R-76) and First Selectman Shafer attended an Eagle Scout Court of Honor Ceremony for Spencer Hendel of Burlington Troop 23, which was held at the Fire House Headquarters in Burlington. Rep. Piscopo presented Spencer Hendel with an official Connecticut General Assembly citation in recognition of him achieving the distinguished honor of the rank of Eagle Scout. For his Eagle Scout project Spencer built picnic tables for the Burlington Lions Club.
