Piscopo Honors 50th Anniversary of McMahon Senior Center

State Representative John Piscopo honors the 50^th Anniversary of the McMahon Senior Center in Thomaston with a citation presentation from the Connecticut General Assembly.

“I extend my sincerest congratulations to the members of the McMahon Senior Center and wish them a Happy 50^th Anniversary as an organization,” said Piscopo. “The center provides our seniors with a variety of important programs in addition to activities to keep them connected to our community. I wish them all the best as they continue to provide services to our senior citizens.”

The center celebrated its 50^th Anniversary last month with a luncheon for its members, along with local officials and guests.

Thomaston First Selectman Ed Mone also honored the Center’s 50 years of service with a citation from the town as well.
