Hartford – State Rep. John Piscopo (R-76) sits down with host Dave Smith of Cablevision’s Meet the Leaders at the State Capitol on the last day of the 2017 legislative session.
Rep. Piscopo discusses the some highlights from the 2017 legislative session, including pro-environment and pro-business legislation. Rep. Piscopo also discusses his concern that the legislature did not focus on its primary task this session of crafting a state budget, in addition to addressing the state’s $5 billion deficit.
