Help Prudence Crandall Center Save Lives in Burlington and Surrounding Towns
In an effort to keep you informed, I wanted to let you know about an important upcoming event to raise awareness about Domestic Violence.
Help Prudence Crandall Center spread the word about the warning signs of domestic violence by participating in “Let’s Talk” day on Saturday, October 18.
Volunteer teams will be formed to hand out materials on the warning signs of domestic violence – along with a helpline number – to participating businesses to spread awareness.
The event will begin at 10 a.m. at Prudence Crandall Center at 594 Burritt Street in New Britain, and should end by noon. A few hours of your time could save a life.
Prudence Crandall Center is also seeking businesses to volunteer to display its materials.
The deadline to sign up for participation in this event is Friday, October 3rd.
For event sign up, information, or questions, please contact Megan Bernardini at 860-225-5187 or mbernardini@prudencecrandall.org.
