Connecticut State Veterans Memorial

Connecticut is building its first statewide memorial to pay tribute to State heroes and heroines of the past, to honor the veterans of today, and to demonstrate the appreciation we hold for their service for generations to come.

Construction of the new memorial has begun in Hartford’s Minuteman Park, just steps from the Connecticut State Capitol Building, the State Armory, and the Legislative Office Building.

The Veterans’ Affairs Committee has received several inquiries asking if engraved pavers are still available for purchase for the State Veterans’ Memorial which just began construction. I am happy to report that they are still available and the order form is attached to this message for those of you who may be interested.
