Thomaston – According to State Rep. John Piscopo, Thomaston Public Schools held a warm and inspiring 2025 Convocation. “It was truly an honor to attend and take part in this special event that brings educators, staff, and community members together to celebrate the beginning of a new school year,” Piscopo said. 

The energy in the room was a powerful reminder of the dedication and passion that drives Thomaston’s educational community. From heartfelt remarks to moments of reflection and celebration, the convocation set a positive tone for the year ahead.

A special congratulations goes to Savannah-Nicole Villalba, who was recognized as Education Partner of the Year during the ceremony. This incredible and well-deserved honor highlights her outstanding contributions and unwavering support of Thomaston’s students and educators.
