Perillo Supports Plan To Save $740 Million In Pension Costs

(SHELTON) — Today, I was happy to join Governor Ned Lamont, Comptroller Sean Scanlon, Mayor Mark Lauretti, Representative Holly Cheeseman, and officers of the Shelton CT Police Department as the Governor signed municipal employee pension reform into law. This was bi-partisan legislation that will save our towns hundreds of millions of dollars AND secure pension benefits for municipal retirees.
