Rep. Nuccio Hosts Constituent Coffee Hours

TOLLAND/WILLINGTON – State Representative Tammy Nuccio (R-53) recently hosted Coffee Hours for constituents to share their questions and comments about state government. Hours were hosted at the Dunkin Donuts in Tolland and Hilltop Restaurant in Willington.
“We are in the thick of the legislative session,” said Rep. Nuccio. “I would like to thank constituents for joining me and sharing their opinions on legislation as we are debating these topics in the Capitol. My focus continues to be affordability and attracting and retaining residents. Already we were able to take action and provide relief by suspending the 25 cent per gallon state tax on gasoline.”
Residents from across the district shared their concerns and comments about state government and policy. Many shared their concerns about the cost of living in Connecticut, growing juvenile crime, mental health services, and local issues.

“I would urge any constituents who need help working with state agencies or would like to share their thoughts on the issues to contact my office,” concluded Rep. Nuccio.
Those who were unable to attend are welcome to contact Rep. Nuccio at 860-240-8700 or tammy.nuccio@housegop.ct.gov. To follow the latest news from the Capitol visit www.repnuccio.com.
