Rep. McCarty Named Children’s Champion by Connecticut Early Childhood Alliance

State Rep. Kathleen McCarty was recognized as a Children’s Champion by the Connecticut Early Childhood Alliance for her work on behalf of children and students as Ranking Member of the Education Committee. CTCEA lobbyist Merrill Gay presented the award during a ceremony in the Legislative Office Building.
