    SOUTHINGTON – State Sen. Rob Sampson, State Rep. Gale Mastrofrancesco, and State Rep. Donna Veach invite the public to join them at the Southington Municipal Center, 196 North Main St., on Thursday, Nov. 16 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM for an informational forum on electric vehicles as the Lamont administration plans to ban the sale of new gas-powered cars in Connecticut.
