During a busy day in Hartford, State Rep. Tracy Marra was able to spend a few minutes with representatives from UConn’s School of Pharmacy before they testified in support of SB 1366 – An Act Concerning Pharmacy Benefits Managers and Prescription Drug Rebate Reporting Requirements. The program directors and several students were at the Legislative Office Building to voice their support for a measure that, among other things, would create a fiduciary responsibility for Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) to help control drug prices statewide.
