    State Rep. Tracy Marra took a little time out of her day to read to kids at Carousel Preschool Day Nursery in Norwalk. As a member of the legislature’s Education Committee, Rep. Marra appreciates any opportunity to work with students, whether reading to preschoolers or talking with school groups when they tour the state Capitol.
