    State Rep. Tracy Marra met with members of the A.L.I.V.E. social group on the floor of the House of Representatives during their recent tour of the state capitol.   Rep. Marra was able to discuss the general operations of the legislature, and also answer direct questions relating to the state budget, taxes, transportation policy, public and regional transportation districts, and more.
