Rep. Labriola speaks out against S.B. 691

The Judiciary Committee moved forward legislation on Tuesday, S.B. 691, that will erase criminal records for certain misdemeanor crimes. Rep. Labriola speaks out against the legislation, expressing his concerns that the bill will erase DUIs off of individuals records after three years.
